What is wellness for you? please describe it in detail?
I asked several young people from various walks of life what well being means to them. It was helpful to be able to observe the differences and similarities between the answers, and here they are. I changed their names for privacy reasons.

“Good evening Erma! Well being is basically finding your place in the world following your dreams, whatever they are (within the limits of reason of course) and being able to keep it healthy as long as there is a need, whether in solitude, with friends , family or whatever it is. Nothing transcendental, simply reaching a condition of prevailing happiness (with its moments not) in the way that suits us in a certain moment.”

“Well-being belongs to those who do the job they like and manage to earn money, in general to do whatever they like (holidays, hobbies, cultivating passions … etc). However, well-being can be achieved even with little money there, it depends on who you live with and where.”

“Well being is a state in which everyone has their wishes fulfilled or easy to achieve. Well-being is achieved when you no longer have to worry about anything, and life is just pleasure. Well-being is currently identified with economic well-being, which however is fictitious because it creates further desires and does not truly satisfy man.
